贵湖夕阳红健身队是面向华人社区老年人群体的非赢利社团，目的是为了提高华人社区老年人群体的身心健康，以及活跃文化生活。成立以来已多次参与华人社区活动。
In order to carry out more colourful recreational and fitness activities, and to increase the cohesion of the community, the Guelph Senior Fitness Team applied to join the Guelph Chinese-Canadian Cultural Group, and after a collective discussion with the Group's Board of Directors, it was decided to agree that the Guelph Senior Fitness Team should join the GCCCG, and that the Group would provide the team with appropriate financial support for their future activities.
夕阳红健身队现任队长为李继奇，副队长严惠卿和兰红，活动时间是：每周三7pm-9pm,活动地点：St. Paul Catholic School(182 Clairfields Dr,E, Guelph).
