Yoga

Yoga is a wide-ranging science, combining medicine, science and philosophy, which enables people to achieve inner spiritual happiness and wisdom, and to improve their consciousness and character. We are not only intellectual and emotional, but also rational to practice ‘it’. We help people to have a healthy body and beautiful skin, and achieve the pursuit of five levels of beauty: health-based beauty, static physical beauty, inner beauty (temperament beauty), and overall beauty. 2020 was a year when many people were plagued by fear and anxiety due to the global pandemic. The GCCCG opened a yoga club to learn yoga, which can not only strengthen the body and improve immunity, but also help to acheive peace of mind and body.

Let's practice yoga to eliminate the fear and isolation brought by COVID-19 and social restrictions during the harsh pandemic.
